At Altora Ag we have adopted an integrated approach to safety, wellbeing, environment and communities.
In 2022 we embarked on an initiative around Critical Controls. We shifted our view of safety from focusing on events that have happened and Lost Time injuries to how do we ensure that we are focusing on key risks where fatal and catastrophic events may occur.
Our Critical Controls programs ensures our teams have practical and visible actions for how to manage these risks and that our managers are focused on building our safety culture through visible safety leadership. We know that effective safety systems need great people to work in a way where safety is at the forefront of their mind.
