Whistleblowers Policy

At AltoraAg you should feel secure and supported in speaking up. We take malpractice and misconduct seriously and you should feel confident reporting serious concerns so that they can be dealt with fairly and properly.

You should speak up if you believe that one or more of the following has occurred or has the potential to happen:

  • Any criminal offence
  • Fraud and/or corruption
  • Theft
  • Breach of legislation in respect of immigration, Health & Safety or employment
  • Medical negligence in a healthcare establishment
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Risks to the environment Revised December 2022 Employee Handbook
  • Actions which are intended to conceal any of the above.

All matters raised will be treated in strict confidence and every effort will be made not to reveal the identity of the individual raising the concern, unless they give their express consent.

Disclosures can be made anonymously and still be protected under the Corporations Act
